Danish Steel Filter Industry, which produces oil separators, belt filters and central plant for oil and cooling lubricants, has now become a part of Anmasi.
This happened during a planned succession, where Jan Hedeby Sørensen bought the shares of the former founder and co-owner Arnfred Bøvling.
The continued growth and future operations of the company will be managed by co-owner Mads Bøvling-Kristensen and Jan Hedeby Sørensen, who together will drive the company forward in the right spirit, focusing on quality, innovation and design.
Danish Steel Filter Industry will continue to be operated as an independent company in which all planning, design and production will be done at the factory in Kjellerup at Bjerringbro by Mads Bøvling-Kristensen. All sales activities will in the future be handled by Anmasi in Grindsted. At the same time, all machines will be delivered as the Anmasi brand.
The first initiative for generational change is the development of a new Mini-cleaner, which will be introduced this spring. This is a system designed for small and medium sized companies, where a small oil separator is not sufficient, but a larger central plant is too much looking at the capacity.
This plant will be first introduced at the METAV fair in Dusseldorf in February, where Anmasi line-up with a stand of more than 55 square meters.
